| For my first review I have decided to do an all-local Melbourne band The Deadthings. Their first CD “When Hell Sleazes Over” is truly remarkable. The album which consists of 5 original tracks and one cover appeals to the masses, from the younger generation to fans of punk, rock, goth and a bit of metal. With powerful guitars, awesome drumming and catchy lyrics The Deadthings transport you to another world. Their first track of the album is “Welcome to the Horror Show” is truly phenomenal and has hit single written all over it. It is so in your face it, it will have you on your feet and dancing in no time. The album then follows with Kill for Thrills, Trick or Treat, Sign Of The Devil, Addicted to Satan and ends with the already hit song “I Ran” originally done by Flock Of Seagulls This album is like no other.
